Consorzio Tutela Taleggio
Taking the opportunity of the “Consorzio Tutela Taleggio” shareholders assembly, we organized a PR event at the Mondadori Megastore in Milan.
Together with two special guests, we went through more than 700 years of the Taleggio D.O.P history, highlighting its unique characteristics. Chef Gennaro Esposito – two Michelin stars – spoke highly about the flavor and the versatility of Taleggio; at the same time, nutritionist Evelina Flachi, explained and underlined Taleggio’s nutritional values, ideal for a balanced diet. Host and presenter of the night was the actress and anchorwoman Natasha Stefanenko.
At the end of the press conference, during the aperitif, guests were delighted with the cooking show of Chef Esposito, obviously Taleggio DOP was the”star” ingredient. An exclusive dinner closed the exciting and successful night.
